Unequal CC Lacrosse Goalie Chest Protector

THE BEST IN HEART PROTECTION JUST GOT BETTER

Unequal has been out front on the development of effective heart protection for years... so we applaud the recent lacrosse standards that have been implemented. While we are very confident in the overall effectiveness of the original Unequal Hart products, we now have a SEI Certified-Meets NOCSAE Standards version of our lacrosse goalie chest protector, and also the all-new Unequal lacrosse player shoulder pads. We now feel comfortable saying... Unequal Tech has the most accredited lacrosse equipment available. Uniquely constructed with a low-profile chest pad that does not negatively impact natural athletic movement of arms when stick handling. The narrow design does not obstruct your vision when you need to play the ball down around your feet. It can be the easiest approved gear for players to transition to as it's made with thin, but powerful aramid fiber technology. This patented composite simply allows us to do more with less.

DESIGNED WITH HELP FROM HOF PLAYERS

HOF Goalie Brian Dougherty was a key contributor to the design of Unequal chest gear... âAs a US Lacrosse Hall of Fame goalie, who excelled at all levels of competition including the international and professional arenas, I know how important protective equipment is for all players. I am excited and honored to be a part of the Unequal team that developed a product that will help protect players. It is truly revolutionary design that will finally afford players the proper safeguarding so desperately needed in the game of lacrosse.â â Brian Dougherty

The sleek, protective, revolutionary padding Unequal has developed made it a no brainer, this is what I want to trust and be a part of. Iâve been lucky enough to help develop and test the gear that will now protect and help advance the next generationâ â Blaze Riorden

MEASURE THE PLAYERâS CHEST TO PROPERLY SIZE

IMPORTANT: Please do not assume sizing as you may typically when ordering apparel. The Unequal shoulder pads are not sized as a normal garment and proper coverage is of paramount importance. Therefore, players 5â8 - 6â2 tall & weighing between145-155 may still be sized as Small in Unequal shoulder pads. Chest measurements determine the correct size to help ensure fit & maximum safety.

Measure: Place a tape measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest, wrap around your body until your fingers meet and mark the measurement.

See sizing chart - locate playerâs measurement within the various ranges of S, M, or L. Small is a chest size between 26 to 36" - Medium 37 to 45" - Large 46 to 52"

Proper fit of shoulder pads will verify coverage of heart, sternum, collarbones and down to the bottom of the rib cage. Sufficiently tighten all adjustable straps to ensure shoulder pads are snug and stay firmly in place during play.

The most accredited lacrosse chest protection available - SEI Certified-Meets NOCSAE Standards / FDA issued an IFU claim for HART CC pads and the risk reduction of commotio cordis / Pads are subject of a published peer-reviewed study by Tufts Medical Center that verified the effectiveness of HART pads
The HART Protection Zone which precisely surrounds the center and left side chest utilizes Unequal's HART CC pads, a patented 4-layer composite made with aramid fiber, ImpacShield, Accelleron, and Airilon. Absorbs, disperses, dissipates impact energy better than typical plastics and foam
Non-restrictive narrow design engineered with expert advisor Brian Dougherty, (Hall of Fame Goaltender), allows for complete range-of-motion. Uniquely constructed low-profile chest pad does not negatively impact natural athletic movement of arms when stick handling, removable âExtender Padâ protects abdomen. Three fully adjustable elastic straps fasten with hook & loop design for a secure fit allowing gear to stay firmly in place during play
Removable left rib pad protects against impacts to side nearest the heart, unlike others that leave you exposed; can be comfortably positioned for desired coverage without restricting movement, RIGHT SIDE PAD NOT INCLUDED (can easily be added as an accessory - see separate product listing)
IMPORTANT - MEASURE THE PLAYERâS CHEST TO PROPERLY SIZE: SMALL = 26 to 36" â MEDIUM = 37 to 45" â LARGE = 46 to 52". Please do not assume sizing as you would typically when ordering apparel. The Unequal shoulder pads are not sized as a normal garment and proper coverage is of paramount importance.
